Welcome to the Porter PAC
Our goal is to act as a supporting body within the school community.
One of our main objectives is to enhance the educational opportunities for students by promoting a safe and positive learning environment.
We work closely with the school board, principal and staff by advocating and advising on the students’ education needs and well being.
Additionally, the PAC raises funds with the purpose of enhancing students’ learning experience and reaching out to the school community.
Who We Are
We are you! All parents and guardians of Porter students are members of the PAC.
Some members take on one of the executive roles of the PAC to perform specific functions in the interest of operating PAC meetings, formalizing communication, providing financial reporting, and liaising with the district PAC but all members contribute to the ongoing success of our PAC.

FREE Childcare!
All in-person PAC meetings offer on-site child supervision in a nearby room. Kids could be playing games, making artwork, doing puzzles, reading, having a dance party, or taking part in similar activities for the duration of the meeting.
